Even though we try to offer only the best quality of products, it might happen that a product has a flaw. We try to take care of all claims as quickly as possible.
Another reason for returning a product can be the wrong choice of size or color. You can return products and get your money back or exchange it for a different product, hassle-free.
In case of claims or product returns, please send the product to our address and do not forget to include a letter describing the issue. Please also include your account number and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.

The seller is responsible for the flaws that the product has upon receipt by the customer, or for ones that arise within the period covered under warranty. Claims do not apply to the following:
1. If the flaw is a result of mishandling, or one that is in conflict with the user guide
2. If the flaw is a result of physical damage (breaking, scratching, tearing, etc.)
3. If the flaw is a result of a natural disaster
